Our tabletop exercises are designed to test the feasibility of the critical incident or crisis management plan.
In particular, we safely test specific, mission-critical tasks, procedures and processes that are expected to deliver an effective response.
Our functional exercises focus on the coordination between stakeholders and their capacity for effective response through good communication, information management and collective decision-making.
Our full-scale exercises focus on the effectiveness of multi-stakeholder interoperability.
We focus particularly on the areas of ‘Potential Single Points of Failure’, ‘Information Management’, ‘Critical Communications’, ‘Co-Location’, ‘Coordination’, ‘Collaboration’, and ‘Decision-making’.
